Our Story
For Larry Barnett, “Good Enough” simply was not ”Good Enough.” After realizing the shoddy structure of a wooden retaining wall, his quest for quality was ignited. He passed his legacy of learning about retaining walls to his step-son, Randy O’Neal, our current President and COO. This passion for precision has only grown with time and seeps into every aspect of our culture at ERW. We are always willing to learn more, willing to make things 1% better than the time before. We believe that excellence in construction is a noble pursuit worth fighting for. We don’t take it lightly that our clients are placing trust in us, and it is our goal, mission and calling to deliver.
